Pressure treated CCA

H3- for protection of timber exposed to weather but not in contact with ground
H4-for protection of timber in contact with ground
H5-for protection of timber in contact with ground and in critical end-use applications

Depending on the treatment class required our processes can be varied depending upon customer requirements i.e. low fluid uptake for re-dry purposes

Tan-Dry- KTP have modified this process to cater to the local resource and customers particular process methods
Pressure Treated Boric
KTP offers accelerated Boric diffusion (H1) using the pressure treatment plant to aid the initial uptake of preservative relative to conventional dipping . This substantially reduces the time required for complete diffusion to take place reducing customer stock holdings. KTP also adds increased levels of anti-sapstain chemical to prevent unsightly mould and sapstain developing on the timber.

We can arrange or put you in contact with a range of other timber processing services(kiln drying, machining and transport) all of which are adjacent to our plant ( meaning no additional transport costs)
We can process your raw material thru to a final product stage (peel , dry, package and treat posts/ dry, package and treat timber)
